Coleman „Hawk“ Hawkins (* 21. November 1904 in St. Joseph, Missouri; † 19. Mai 1969 in New York) war ein US-amerikanischer Jazzmusiker (Tenorsaxophon und Klarinette). Er gilt als „Vater“ des Tenorsaxophonspiels und war neben Lester Young einer der ersten stilbildenden Solisten auf dem Instrument. In seiner von 1922 bis 1969 währenden Karriere wurde er zuletzt dem Mainstream Jazz zugeordnet, nahm aber immer wieder Herausforderungen an und spielte mit den jeweiligen Avantgardisten ihrer Zeit. Seine Spitznamen waren Hawk und Bean.
